There is hereby established a Construction Board
of Appeals, to be organized and administered pursuant to the procedures
set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.11 et seq.
Upon passage and publication of this chapter,
a copy shall be forwarded by the Town Clerk to the governing body
of the County of Hudson by certified mail, return receipt requested,
advising of its passage and soliciting the comments of that body.
