There are hereby created in the Town of West New York the positions of Principal Account Clerk in the Department of Revenue and Finance. The number of said positions hereby created is two.
The duties, work and functions of said positions shall be as now on file with the Clerk of the Town of West New York. The said duties, work and functions are hereby made a part of this chapter.

The salary range of said positions hereby created shall be as established by ordinance.
The said salaries shall be paid in equal weekly installments.
The salaries heretofore paid to Principal Account Clerks are hereby ratified, confirmed, approved and adopted.
