Town of West New York, NJ Article V Licensing and Regulation of Pit Bull Dogs

§ 174-30 Penalties.

Any person, partnership, association or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this article may be fined in an amount not to exceed $1,000 and/or six months in jail for each such violation. In addition, if any person, partnership, association or corporation is guilty of a second or subsequent offense under this article, the animal in question shall be confiscated by the Town of West New York and then destroyed.
