No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer for sale any squibs, firecrackers, rockets, roman candles, torpedoes or other fireworks of any kind whatsoever after the passage of this article.
No person, firm or corporation shall set off, discharge or explode or cause to be set off, discharged or exploded within the Town of West New York, any firecrackers, rockets, roman candles, or other fireworks whatsoever, except upon a permit granted on written application by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York, in the County of Hudson.
The Board of Commissioners shall have the right to demand such deposit or security as it deems necessary for the best interest of the town before granting any such permit.

Violations of this article shall be punishable as provided for in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
