No person, firm, corporation, retail, wholesale
or commercial business or entity located within the Town of West New
York shall sell, offer to sell, donate or lease any live or freshly
slaughtered animal, sheep, goat or lamb to any other person, firm
or entity. All poultry, pigeon or fowl must be slaughtered, dressed
and cleaned prior to sale, donation or lease.
