A.
No plenary retail consumption licensee shall sell,
serve, deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery
of any alcoholic beverage or allow the consumption of any alcoholic
beverage on licensed premises between the designated hours on the
following days:
(1)
On every Sunday of the year between the hours of 2:00
a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
(2)
On all other days of the year, except New Year's Day,
between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. On New Year's Day, the
licensed premises shall not sell, serve, deliver or allow, permit
or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage
or allow the consumption or distribution of any alcoholic beverage
on licensed premises between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

It shall be unlawful for any person other than the
owner or employees of the license to remain within the licensed premises
after the closing hours as set forth in this chapter.

of any alcoholic beverage or allow the distribution of any alcoholic
beverage on licensed premises between the designated hours on the
following days: on every day of the year between the hours of 2:00
a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person other than the

after the closing hours as set forth in this chapter.
