For purposes of public safety and welfare and
to prevent the creation of a nuisance on certain Borough streets and
property, no fishing shall be permitted from or over the bulkheads
of any public streets or public property within the Borough of Sea
Bright, located between the Shrewsbury River and the westerly sideline
of Ocean Avenue, from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., prevailing time.
The penalty for violation of this chapter shall
be $25.
