The owners of any premises affected by this
chapter shall supply a list of the renters and a list of available
cabanas, bathhouses and lockers and shall also permit access to any
such person as may be designated by the Borough Clerk for purposes
of counting cabanas, bathhouses, lockers and renters or for other
purposes necessary to the enforcement of this chapter.[2]
