It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation,
unincorporated association or organization to discard or dump along
any street or road, on or off any right-of-way, or any parking lot,
any solid waste, including but not limited to rubbish, refuse, junk,
any tree stumps or other portion of trees, concrete, sewage of any
kind, chemical residues or industrial production waste, vehicle or
vehicle parts, tires, appliances, furniture, packaging materials,
construction waste or demolition waste within the Borough of Sea Bright.
All conveyances used or intended for use in
the unlawful transportation or disposal of solid waste in violation
of the provisions of this article are subject to forfeiture.
The Sea Bright Police Department is authorized
and empowered to enforce the provisions of this article.
