A. A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of El Reno, Oklahoma, being marked and
designated as the "2015 International Property Maintenance Code,"
including appendix chapters (hereinafter "PMC"), as published by the
International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the International
Property Maintenance Code of the City of El Reno, in the State of
Oklahoma, for regulating and governing the repair, alteration, change
of occupancy, addition, and relocation of existing buildings, including
historic buildings, as herein provided; providing for the issuance
of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the
regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said PMC
on file in the office of the City Clerk are hereby referred to, adopted,
and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this article, with the
additions, insertions, deletions and changes as described below.
B. The following sections are hereby revised:
(1) Section 101.1, insert: "City of El Reno."
(2) Section 103.5, insert: "As per resolution as adopted by the El Reno
City Council."
(3) Section 112.4, insert: "$100 and $200."
(4) Section 302.4, insert: "10 inches (254 mm) in height."
(5) Section 304.14.:

Insert "April 1 to October 1."
(b)
Amend "Exceptions" as follows:

Screens shall not be required where approved means such as air
curtains or insect repellent plans are employed.

Screens shall not be required for windows and doors enclosing
habitable spaces serviced by proper, adequate central heating and
air-conditioning equipment that provides mechanical ventilation.
(6) Section 602.3, insert: "October 1" in the first blank; "April 1"
in the second blank.
(7) Section 602.4, insert: "October 1" in the first blank; "April 1"
in the second blank.
The following sections of the code adopted §
264-5 are hereby revised as follows:
D. Section 304.14, insert: "April 1 to October 1."
