A certain document, copies of which are on file
in the office of the Township Clerk of the Township of Grosse Ile,
being marked and designated as "NFPA 101, Life Safety Code (1994 Edition),"
is hereby adopted as the Life Safety Code of the Township of Grosse
Ile, in the State of Michigan, and each and all of the regulations,
provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Code are hereby
referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this
article.
The purpose of the NFPA 101, Life Safety Code,
as adopted by this article, is to protect the health, safety and general
welfare of the citizens of the Township of Grosse Ile.

The NFPA 101, Life Safety Code (1994 Edition)
is available for inspection by and distribution to the public at the
Grosse Ile Fire Department, 24525 Meridian, Grosse Ile, Michigan,
during regular business hours.
