No person under the age of 18 years shall purchase,
offer or attempt to purchase, have in his or her possession or use
any product which is used for the formation of a smoking device, tobacco,
tobacco snuff, chewing tobacco or tobacco in any other form.
A person under the age of 18 years who violates
this section shall be responsible for committing a municipal civil
infraction and subject to the payment of a civil fine up to $100 and
costs incurred by Grosse Ile Township.
