The following regulations shall be observed when using the Observation
Deck:
A.
The Observation Deck may only be used between dawn and dusk. "Dawn"
shall be defined as the actual time of sunrise for that particular
day the observation deck is being used and "dusk" shall be defined
as the actual time of sunset for that particular day the observation
deck is being used.
B.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
C.
Cooking and picnicking are prohibited.
D.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
E.
Swimming, fishing and the docking of boats are prohibited.
A sign shall be posted on the premises setting forth these regulations.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty
of a misdemeanor which is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500
and/or a jail sentence not to exceed 90 days in jail.
