The redemption periods established by § 117
of the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State of New York, as they
affect dogs seized in the Town of Niskayuna and impounded, may be
extended, at the option of the impounding agent, for an additional
14 days.
Said extended redemption periods shall be at
no additional cost to the Town of Niskayuna.
The Town Clerk of the Town of Niskayuna is authorized
to publish an official version of this article.
