[Adopted 10-5-1971]
The Town Board of the Town of Niskayuna hereby
elects to make the provisions of Chapter 417 of the Laws of the State
of New York for 1971 applicable to the Town of Niskayuna, said act
having reference to the imposition of special service charges, special
ad valorem levies and special assessments on real property otherwise
exempt by law from taxation.
