Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 203-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
Except as provided in Subsection B below, the maximum speed at which any vehicle may proceed on any Town or County highway, including any private road open to public traffic by motor vehicle, within the boundaries of the Town of Niskayuna shall be 30 miles per hour.
B. 
The maximum speed at which any motor vehicle may proceed on or along any highway or portion thereof designated in Schedule II (§ 203-37) shall be as specified therein.
C. 
The movement of any motor vehicle at any speed in excess of any maximum speed limit established for any highway or road pursuant to Subsection A or B above is prohibited.
D. 
Speed limit signs are hereby ordered to be erected and maintained at each entry portal to the Town of Niskayuna which is a Town or County highway and at each point within the Town where there is a change in speed limit and at intermediate points as designated by the Chief of Police.

No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule II A (§ 203-37.1) in the areas described in said Schedule IIA, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 203-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 203-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right or all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 203-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 203-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 203-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 203-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Vehicles in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 203-44), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
