The following uses are permitted in ERR Districts:
A. Permitted principal uses.
(1) University and college-type facilities, except dormitories
or other types of housing.
(4) Philanthropic or eleemosynary uses.
(5) Federal, state, county and municipal buildings and
grounds, including public schools, parks and playgrounds, but not
including workshops, warehouses, garages and storage yards.
(7) Administrative and business offices specifically related
to health and medical organizations.

B. Required accessory uses.
(1) Off-street parking, subject to the provisions of Article
XXIV.
(2) Off-street loading, subject to the provisions of Article
XXIV.
C. Permitted accessory uses.
(1) Signs, subject to the provisions of Article
XXV.
(2) Fences, subject to the provisions of §
205-93.
(3) Other customary uses and buildings which are clearly
incidental to the principal use and building.
D. Conditional uses (subject to the provisions of Article
XXIX of this chapter).
E. Prohibited uses.
(1) Dormitories or other types of student or faculty housing
shall be prohibited.
Development standards shall be as follows:
A. Minimum front yard setback: 200 feet from state and
federal highways, and 100 feet from all other streets.
B. Where a proposed nonresidential or dormitory development abuts a residential zone or a lot developed for residential uses, an additional thirty-foot buffer strip, designed in accordance with the requirements of Article
XXVI, shall be added to any required rear or side yard which abuts said residential use.
