No person operating a motor vehicle shall turn
east from Montgomery Avenue onto the northernmost portion of Toth
Lane nor shall any person operating a motor vehicle turn south from
the northernmost portion of Toth Lane onto Montgomery Avenue.
Any person who shall violate any provision of
this article shall be liable to a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 15 days or both.
