[Adopted 3-19-1975 as Ch. 21, Art. II, of the 1975 Code]
Beginning on the first day of January 1976, the compensation of all Township Commissioners of the Township of Ridley elected or appointed after the adoption of this section shall be the maximum amount permitted as the General Assembly may from time to time determine, except as restricted by the provisions of Section 603 of the First Class Township Code,[2] which provides that no Township shall increase or diminish the salary, compensation or emoluments of any elected official after he is elected.
