No person shall breathe, inhale or drink any compound,
liquid or chemical containing toluol, hexane, trichloroethane, isopropanol,
methyl isobutyl ketone, methyl cellulose acetate, cyclohexanone, trichloroethylene,
acetone, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, ethylene dichloride,
methyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, benzene, pentachlorophenol, petroleum
ether or any other substance for the purpose of inducing a condition
of intoxication, stupefaction, depression, giddiness, paralysis or
irrational behavior or in any manner changing, distorting or disturbing
the auditory, visual or mental processes. For the purpose of the article,
any such condition shall be deemed to be an intoxication condition.
Nothing in this article shall be interpreted as applying to the inhalation
of any anesthesia for medical or dental purposes.
