The Mayor of the Village of Ballston Spa be
and hereby is empowered to restrict, limit or prohibit the sprinkling
or watering of lawns and gardens as well as all other nonessential
water usages at such time as he/she deems appropriate and for such
periods of time as he/she may elect whenever the Village water supply
is reduced by any cause or condition.
The Mayor shall publish in the official Village
newspaper or papers a notice setting forth the date and time of commencement
of any such restriction, limitation or prohibition and the nature
of any such restriction, limitation or prohibition.
Any restriction, limitation or prohibition promulgated
hereunder shall remain in full force and effect until repealed by
the Mayor, which repeal shall be accomplished by publication of notice
of such repeal in the official Village newspaper or papers.
