A. 
Borough Ordinance No. 2-90[1] establishes a franchise area for the supply of water by the New Jersey American Water Company encompassing two areas, area one being the northwesterly corner of the Borough and area two being the southeasterly corner of the Borough.

B. 
To the extent that Chapter 244 of this Code is in conflict with the rules and regulations as established by the Board of Public Utilities, the affected sections shall not apply.
C. 
All charges and billing will be in accordance with rates established by the Board of Public Utilities of the State of New Jersey, and the individual accounts will be billed by the New Jersey American Water Company.
A. 
Identification. Presently, two areas of the Borough are served by adjacent water suppliers. These areas are:
(1) 
In the Park Avenue and Punchbowl Road areas, there are approximately 23 private homeowners serviced by the Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority.
(2) 
On Carrigan Lane and Burnet Road, there are approximately nine homes served by the Madison Water and Light Department.
B. 
Application of ordinances. To the extent that Chapter 244 of the Code of the Borough of Florham Park is not in conflict with the water service provided, this chapter shall apply to these two areas of the Borough.
C. 
Charges and billing. Article V of this chapter shall be observed with regard to Borough participation.
D. 
Reports. All reports as required by this chapter shall be maintained by the Borough Water Department even though the source of the water is not from the Department.
