A.
Any and all violations of this chapter shall be enforced
in the Municipal Court of the Township or such alternative location
as may be determined by said court.
B.
Any and all fines imposed and collected under and
by virtue of the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the
treasury of the Township.
C.
Any complaint for a violation of this chapter may
be made by the Township, or any officer, agent or employee thereof;
any police officer; or any private citizen having personal knowledge
or information concerning same.
