Permission is hereby granted to the Erie Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of New York, to construct, use and maintain a ramp and platform for loading and unloading railroad cars on a portion of Railroad Avenue in the Borough of Ridgefield, in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the westerly right-of-way line of Erie Railroad Company distant three hundred ten (310) feet southerly as measured along the center line of the eastbound main track of said railroad from the center line of Bridge No. 9.27;
Thence southerly, along said westerly right-of-way line, seventy (70) feet;
Thence westerly, by rectangular measurement, nine (9) feet eight (8) inches;
Thence northerly, parallel to said westerly right-of-way line and distant nine (9) feet eight (8) inches westerly therefrom, seventy (70) feet;
Thence easterly, by rectangular measurement, nine (9) feet eight (8) inches to the point or place of beginning, containing six hundred seventy-seven (677) square feet, more or less.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the Borough Clerk is hereby directed to attest and affix the official corporate seal of this municipality to, any documents which may be necessary to effectuate the purpose of this chapter.
