Editor’s Note: This ordinance superseded former Ch. 440, Sanitary Code, adopted 12-26-1944. The preamble to this ordinance stated that the Ridgefield Sanitary Code is an extension of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code and the New Jersey State Public Health Nuisance Code.
