Any permits granted under the provisions of
this code may be revoked by the Board of Health for the violation
of any provision or for any good cause shown and after an opportunity
has been granted or offered to the holder of such permit to be heard
by said Board. During the pendency of such proceedings, said Board
may, in its discretion, order the permit to be suspended.
