Any person, persons, firms or corporations engaged in the business of selling meats, fruits, vegetables and other food products from trucks, wagons, roadside stands or other vehicles to residents of Ridgefield shall annually secure a license from the Board of Health to carry on such business, the fee for which shall be with the license fee ordinance[1] for each vehicle or stand. Said licenses shall expire on the 31st day of December each year. Each applicant shall also provide a valid tax certificate and proof of product liability insurance.
