All persons selling or offering for sale or
exchange any milk within the limits of the Borough of Ridgefield shall
hereafter, annually, procure a license or permit from the Board of
Health of the Borough of Ridgefield and one (1) additional license
for each carrier, wagon, cart or vehicle used in the transportation,
sale or distribution of said milk. The fee for each license shall
be the sum of five dollars ($5.), and said license shall expire (unless
sooner revoked) December 31 of the year license is issued.
No milk shall hereafter be distributed, sold
or offered for sale or exchanged in the Borough of Ridgefield which
shall be produced in dairies not operated in accordance with the regulations
of the State Sanitary Code.
