A.
Fulton Avenue, between Edgewater Avenue and Hendrick's
Causeway, which is a one-way southbound street, shall be divided into
two sections. A dividing line shall be placed down the middle a distance
of 275 feet four inches northerly from the intersection of Hendrick's
Causeway. The easterly side shall be permitted to make left turns
only and the westerly side shall be permitted to make right turns
only. Appropriate turn arrows shall be painted on the roadway and
signs shall be placed on the easterly side of Fulton Avenue stating
"left turn only" and on the westerly side of Fulton Avenue stating
"right turn only."
