This article shall apply to the Borough-owned parking lots located on Shaler Boulevard between Slocum Avenue and Ray Avenue and located on Slocum Avenue between Shaler Boulevard and the Ridgefield Community Center. Said lots to be known collectively as the "Shaler and Slocum Parking Lots."
No person shall park any vehicle in the Shaler and Slocum Parking Lots for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours.
No person shall park or cause to be parked any commercial motor vehicle, as that term is defined in § 375-21 of the Code of the Borough of Ridgefield, in the Shaler and Slocum Parking Lots between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

A. 
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of § 375-70, Parking time limited, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $28.
B. 
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of § 375-71, No parking certain hours by commercial vehicles, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $54.
