Appeals of decisions of a municipal agency approving an application
for development pursuant to Subsection d of Section 57 of P.L. 1975,
c. 291 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d) shall not be heard by the governing body
but shall lie with the Superior Court of New Jersey as provided by
statute.
