§ 54-3 Term of office.

The term of office of the Supervisor shall henceforth be four years instead of two years.

§ 54-4 Referendum.

The adoption of the within article is subject to a referendum to be voted on at a special election to be held on June 26, 1971, and shall take effect subject to compliance with § 23, Subdivision 1, of the Municipal Home Rule Law and when filed in the office of the Secretary of State, pursuant to § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
