[Adopted 1-5-1999 by L.L. No. 1-1999]
As of December 31 of each year, all Commissioners and department heads of the Town of North Hempstead shall submit an annual report,[1] including, but not limited to, the following information:
A. 
A summary of the mission, legal purpose and obligations of the department.
B. 
A statement of the Commissioner's or department head's intentions with regard to future performance, enlargement or modification of the mission.
C. 
The performance of the department, including:
(1) 
A list of each function of the department.
(2) 
A list of revenues collected.
(3) 
An accounting of the number of residents served, including, if applicable, the number of licenses issued, inspections made, concerts given and people attending and other similar statistics.

Editor's Note: Section 3 of L.L. No. 1-1999 stated that the first annual report required to be submitted shall be filed as of December 31, 1999.

In addition to the annual reporting obligations in §§ 24-12 and 23-10.4G of the Town Code, the Building Commissioner shall submit monthly written reports to the Town Board summarizing all business conducted by the Department of Building, Safety Inspection and Enforcement, including applications received and reviewed, average application review time, permits and certificates issued, inspection reports, orders and notices issued, together with such other information as the Town Board, by resolution, may require.
