Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following
words for the purposes of this ordinance, shall have the meaning herein
indicated:
Any coin-, card- or token-operated machine establishment
used by the public for the washing and/or drying of clothing or other
fabric products of any kind, whether such use is a portion of or the
entire business operation.

Any person owning, leasing or renting coin-, card- or token-operated
machine equipment for the washing and/or drying of clothing and other
fabric goods in any building or structure located within the Town.

An individual, partnership, any unincorporated association,
corporation or any other entity.
The, unincorporated area of the Town of North Hempstead,
outside the incorporated villages located within the Town of North
Hempstead.
