It shall be unlawful for any person to install
or cause to be installed any coin-, card- or token-operated machine
equipment for use by the public as a launderette in any building or
structure without first having obtained the approval of the Chief
Building Inspector of the Town of North Hempstead and a permit for
such installation is issued as hereinafter provided.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate
or conduct a launderette for use by the public without first having
obtained a certificate of compliance from the Chief Building Inspector
of the Town of North Hempstead as hereinbefore provided.
