Rowboat facilities are for the use of residents
of the Town only and are to be used only for the purpose of tender
service between the Town dock and boats moored adjacent to said dock,
and in all cases must be returned to the Town dock within 15 minutes.
Outboard motors are not permitted on rowboats, nor shall said boats
be used for fishing, bathing or the placing or hoisting of moorings
or be tied up to any boat, float or other structure other than the
floats at the Town dock.
Bathing in the vicinity of or from the Town
docks or floats or in the water adjacent to the Town property south
from the Town docks or from a westerly extension of the southerly
line of Prospect Street or northerly from the Town dock to the end
of the property owned by the Port Washington Water Pollution Control
District is prohibited.
Docks, floats or runways may not be used for
the launching, hoisting out, repairing or storing of boats or equipment.
