It shall be unlawful for any person:
B. To indulge in and utter loud, offensive, indecent
or profane language in any public place with the intent to disturb
other persons;
C. To annoy, obstruct or interfere with any person, persons
or motorist lawfully being on any street, sidewalk or other public
place;
D. To fight, quarrel, brawl or otherwise misbehave in
a disorderly manner so as to disturb the public peace and quiet;
E. To enter any building or go upon any lands used or
occupied for school purposes by a public or private school, a child-care
program, after-school program or preschool program and therein disturb
the exercises of the school or molest or annoy the children or teachers
attending said school program;
F. To urinate or defecate in public places;
G. To station oneself on the street or on private property
or to follow pedestrians for the purpose of soliciting or begging
for money or other things of value in an aggressive manner;
H. To make, cause, permit or suffer or allow his/her
house or other premises to be used, frequented or resorted to by riotous
or disorderly persons, so as to seriously inconvenience the inhabitants
of the neighborhood or to allow any loud or unseemly noises between
the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Any person who violate the terms of this chapter,
upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment of not more than $1,000
and/or imprisonment for not more than six months.
