Editor's Note: Former Art. IV, Environmental Commission, adopted
3-20-2007 by Ord. No. 1324, as amended, was repealed 7-17-2018 by
Ord. No. 1548. This ordinance also stated that the Environmental Commission
is hereby dissolved, and any action taken by the Environmental Commission
prior to the passage of this ordinance, to the extent not inconsistent
with any other ordinance of the Borough, shall be deemed valid.
