[Adopted 9-23-1976 as Sec.
2-24 of the Charter and Revised Ordinances]
On and after the effective date hereof, any engineer, architect, land
surveyor, contractor or other person, partnership or corporation employed
or retained by the City or any agency or department thereof for the purpose
of furnishing any design, drawing, survey, map, proposal, plan or other such
document shall be required to convey a copy of the original thereof to the
City Clerk for retention in the permanent records of the municipality.
