The Public Works Department of the Town of Ridgely
shall install all new waterlines from the street main to the curbline
in front of the property using the same, at the cost of the property
owner. The cost shall be the actual cost of the materials and labor
to the Town, plus 10% for overhead and supervision.

The Public Works Department of the Town of Ridgely
shall install all sewer lines from the street main sewer line to the
property owner's line at the cost of the property owner. The property
owner shall supply or pay for the actual cost of the pipe. The cost
of the additional materials needed and the labor shall be the actual
costs to the Town plus 10% for overhead and supervision.
After installation, the waterlines between the
curb box and the street main will be maintained at the expense of
the Town. After installation, the sewer lines between the property
line and the street sewer main will be maintained at Town expense.
