A commercial vehicle, including those having a body box or platform adapted for carrying goods, materials or persons with registered gross weight of more than 6,000 pounds when loaded, is prohibited from parking between the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., inclusive, overnight on all streets and roadways, whether public or private, in residential zones in the Borough of Wanaque.
Commercial vehicles shall include but not be limited to the following:
A. 
Trucks or trailers.
B. 
Motor boats, sailboats or other motorcraft 20 feet or more in length and any trailer or apparatus in excess of 20 feet for carrying the same.
C. 
House trailers, housing units, mobile homes and self-propelled housing units.
D. 
Collapsible housing units, whether assembled or disassembled.
E. 
Animal conveyances, either trailer or self-propelled.
F. 
Ambulances.
G. 
Buses.
This chapter shall not be applicable to nor curtail the use of commercial vehicles in making deliveries or incident to performing services at premises in residential districts or for daytime parking.
It shall be the duty and obligation of the Police Department and/or Building Inspector of the Borough of Wanaque to investigate violations and enforce this chapter.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter or neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the terms or conditions hereof, shall upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine of not less than $50 and not exceeding $500, or shall be imprisoned in the County Jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both. Each and every nonconformance of this chapter for each day that any provision of this chapter is violated, shall be construed as a separate and distinct violation hereof.
