City of Long Branch, NJ Article III Redevelopment Plan for 410 Broadway and 425 Morris Avenue

§ 269-7 Adoption of redevelopment plan.

A. The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein as if set forth in full.

B. The redevelopment plan, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk and which is incorporated herein by reference,[1] is hereby approved and adopted.

§ 269-8 Zoning Map amended.

The sections of the Zoning Map of the City that relate to the redevelopment area are hereby amended to incorporate therein the provisions of the redevelopment plan.
