GENERAL REFERENCES
Administration of Protected Tenancy Act — See Ch. 81.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Senior Citizens
and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act, as amended from time to time,[1] a filing fee of $15 per tenant unit towards
bearing the costs of administering the provisions of the aforesaid
Act is to be paid by the landlord/sponsor at or prior to the time
the landlord/sponsor submits the required documents.
