Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided

Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not
exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days,
or both. A separate offense as to each machine shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause
or provision of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication
shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or
provision so adjudged, and the remainder or the chapter shall be deemed
valid and effective.
