[Adopted 5-5-1986 as Title Four, Ch. XV of the 1986 Code]

§ 155-1 Adoption of statutory provisions.

All provisions of RSA 286 relevant to public entertainment and all amendments thereto are hereby adopted and are in full force in this city.

§ 155-2 License required; fee.

No person shall produce or exhibit any such entertainment in accordance with RSA 286 without first obtaining from the City Clerk a license in accordance with RSA 286:4. The fee shall be assessed in accordance with Chapter 160 of the City of Franklin Municipal Code.
