City of Franklin, NH Article V Tax Credit for Disabled Veterans

§ 272-5 Adoption of provisions; designated amount.

The City of Franklin does hereby adopt the provisions of RSA 72:35, IV for an optional property tax credit on residential property for a service-connected total disability. The optional disability tax credit is $1,400 rather than $700.
