[Adopted 5-5-1986 as Title Two, Ch. VIII of the 1986 Code]
Pursuant to RSA 261:157-a (1985), the City of
Franklin does hereby waive the registration fee to be charged for
a permit to register a single motor vehicle owned by any person who
was captured and incarcerated for 30 days or more while serving in
a qualifying war or armed conflict as defined in RSA 72:28, IV, and
who was honorably discharged, provided that the person has provided
the City Clerk with satisfactory proof of these circumstances.
