A.
The position of Deputy Borough Clerk is hereby created within the
Borough of Hillsdale.
B.
The Deputy Borough Clerk shall be appointed by the governing body.
C.
The Deputy Borough Clerk shall serve at the pleasure of the governing
body.
D.
In the absence of the Borough Clerk, the Deputy Borough Clerk shall
perform all the duties of the Borough Clerk.
