Borough of Kinnelon, NJ Chapter 213 Bathing, Public Recreational

§ 213-1 Adoption of standards.

The Board of Health of the Borough of Kinnelon, with the expressed intent of establishing regulations consistent with prevailing law, hereby adopts the public recreational bathing standards of the state Department of Health and Senior Services. Said standards, as stated in N.J.A.C. 8:26-1.1 et seq., are adopted in their entirety and made a part hereof without inclusion of their text herein.[1]
