The governing body hereby creates the position
of the Assistant Municipal Superintendent of Public Works.
The term of office shall be for a term of one
year or until the successor has been appointed to that position.
The Assistant Municipal Superintendent of Public
Works must meet the criteria for that position as set forth under
existing New Jersey law.
The Assistant Municipal Superintendent of Public
Works shall assist the Superintendent of Public Works in the performance
of his duties and to perform those duties in the absence of the Superintendent
of Public Works.
